How To Send A Case
Choose your scanner!

Using a web browser, go to portal.3shapecommunicate.com

Browse to and click the “CONNECTIONS” button

Ensure “Show me Labs” is checked if available
​

Search by our email “info@guiderdental.com”
​

Select “Guider” and click “Connect”
​
-
Alternatively connect to us through the Unite Store.

Sign into your iTero scanner
​

Connect with Guider using our Company ID: “info@guiderdental.com”, Postcode: PO15 7AZ

After connecting us as a lab, select “Guider” on your scanner when sending files
​

Please email info@guiderdental.com if you experience any issues

Login to CS Connect on your scanner or at http://csdentalconnect.com.

In the toolbar, click the “three people” icon.
​

In the Partners window, click Invite a partner.
​

In the Email field, enter info@guiderdental.com.
​

In the Message box, either leave the default text or write your own message. Click Send.

Visit www.meditlink.com/login & click on “Don’t have an account? Sign up”

Click on “Administrator” under whichever category fits your business
​

Fill in your information, then check your email for the verification / download link.
​

Once completed, click “Add New Partner” & search for “Guider” to begin sending cases.
